This policy is applied to all personal data submitted by you to us or collected and processed by using AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” (‘INTER RAO Lietuva’) website www.interrao.lt (the ‘Website’).
Client application forms and enquiries
For the purposes of processing your client application and replying to your enquiries, your data (first and last name, e-mail, telephone, other information) will be used and processed on the basis of your consent expressed by filling in a client application form in our Website section Be our client or by contacting us using the contact details provided on our Website.
For the purposes of sending any newsletters you may be subscribed to, your data (e-mail) are used and processed on the basis of your consent which is expressed by filling in the newsletter subscription form in Website section “News”.
Candidates’ personal data
The personal data of candidates who sent us their CVs directly at the e-mail address provided on the Website or via job posting websites (first and last name, e-mail, address of the place of residence, CV, education, work experience and other information, if any) are processed for the purposes of recruitment to a job. Such personal data of candidates are processed on the basis of consent that you express by submitting the data to us in your job application to INTER RAO Lietuva.
While screening candidates, we only process personal data that are related to qualification, professional skills and relevant qualities. We do not collect or process candidates’ sensitive personal data.

Data storage period
We process and store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes provided in this policy.
The personal data of candidates are stored for the period of recruitment to a specific job position. After the expiry of the period recruitment to a specific position, we delete the CVs sent by the candidates and any other data unless we receive a consent of a candidate to a longer period of data processing for us to be able to offer them a different position. In such a case, the personal data of the candidate are stored for a period of 1 year from the moment of expiry of the recruitment to a specific position unless you decide to cancel your consent earlier and if the applicable laws do not stipulate a longer storage period.
Personal data received at the time you become and continue to be our client are stored as long as you are our client and for a period of 1 year from your last communication with us initiated by you verbally or in writing unless the applicable laws stipulate a longer period of storage.
We store personal data received from your enquiries sent to us until we submit a reply to your enquiry. After the submission of our reply, the personal data will continue to be stored for a period of 1 year, unless the applicable laws stipulate a longer storage period.
Personal data received at the time of your subscription to newsletters will be stored for a period of 3 years as from the opening of the last newsletter, and after the expiry of this period your personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing will be automatically deleted unless you cancel your consent regarding direct marketing earlier.
Personal data collected by using cookies on the Website are stored for a period of 1 year from your last visit to the Website unless we have your individual consent or objection to continued storage of your personal data and unless the applicable laws stipulate a longer storage period.
Your personal data may be transferred to be processed by third parties which assist us in administrating our Website and storing its data. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- the right to request INTER RAO Lietuva to access your data or rectify or delete the data or restrict data processing;
- the right to object to data processing;
- the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability). In such a case, INTER RAO Lietuva shall be entitled to request compensation of any reasonable costs incurred by INTER RAO Lietuva regarding the structuring and submission of your data to you;
- the right to withdraw your consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Tumėno g. 4, Block B, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania, presenting an ID or a copy thereof. Having received your application, INTER RAO Lietuva shall provide you with a reply within net 30 days from the day of the application.
