According to the Stockholder’s Agreement of AB INTER RAO Lietuva, it is provided that every year no less than 70 per cent of net income of the respective year should be allocated into paying dividends, unless the Board of the Company, following the interests of the Company in approving the yearly investment programme, would decide that the net profit of the respective year should be invested by the Company.
The list of USA and European companies with the most generous dividend pay out was drawn up by the analysts of UAB FMĮ “Orion Securities”, who systematised the available data for the daily.
It should be noted that only the companies that have sufficient liquidity and qualify under the capitalisation criteria were included in the list rather than those with the absolutely peak profits.
