IPO

INTER RAO Lietuva conducted an IPO in Poland and Lithuania. 4 million existing shares have been offered by Scaent Baltic to retail and institutional investors. Offer price was set at EUR 5.85 (PLN 24.17) and all shares had been alloted to investors. The value of the offering exceeded EUR 23 (PLN 96.7). On 18 December the company‘s shares debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
