Regarding comments announced by some Mass Media

On 24^th March 2022 some mass media means distributed comments of the representatives of public institutions of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the agreements concluded by AB INTER RAO Lietuva, legal entity code 126119913 (hereinafter — the Company) with state institutions and possible termination of such agreements. Hereby we inform that the Company continues to fulfil all its obligations to the existing customers and partners. As it was already announced in the Company’s notifications on 17^th March and 23^rd March 2022, the Company does not possess any information on restrictive measures imposed on the Company or its subsidiaries by implementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. In order to avoid any possible ambiguities, the Company on 2022 March 17^th applied to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, which coordinates implementation of international sanctions in the Republic of Lithuania and provide natural and legal persons with information about the issues pertaining to the implementation of the international sanctions. Upon receipt of information from this institution, the Company will disclose it to the investors in accordance with the applicable legal acts. (PDF)
